Returns Policy


Our returns policy allows you to return an item for any reason or for no reason at all. The policy lasts 14 calendar days from delivery of the item.

If more than 14 calendar days have elapsed since your order was delivered, we do not offer a refund or exchange and any returned items will not be accepted.

Please contact us by email at or through our website at to advise us that you are returning your order. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please do not phone instead of sending us a writing.

In instances where we do not recognize you as the purchaser or recipient of the item, we reserve the right to require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received, we will send you an email or text message to notify you that we have received your return and that your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied by us to your credit card or original method of payment within three (3) business days of our receiving your returned item. (Depending on the method of payment used to originally place the order, it may take additional time for the credit to post to your account.)

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We replace items if they are defective, damaged or, if requested by you in lieu of a refund. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at describing the circumstances and we will reply with, among other things, the address to which you may send your item.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you as a gift, you’ll receive a gift certificate if the item is returned within 14 days from delivery to you. Follow the procedures under RETURNS above to advise us of your intention to return the gifted item. A gift certificate will be issued to you within 2 days of our receipt of the return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver who will find out about your return.


To return your product, you should email us at and we will provide you with the address to which you should return your product.

Except in cases of manufacturing defect or damage, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
